FOR CONSULTANTS, ACCOUNTANTS AND PEAK BODIES

Fifteen organisations. One view of what's due.

Grantiv Advisor gives one login a book of client organisations. Every deadline, every draft and every thing you're waiting on a client for, in a single screen you can sort, export and screen-share.

See the firm overview

New accounts start on the free tier — no card. Advisor is $299 per month and you can upgrade to it inside the app whenever you're ready.

One book of business

Client records, saved grants, drafts and notes — created, edited and kept under your account.

Nothing leaks between clients

Drafts and saved grants are separated by construction, not by a filter that could be got wrong.

3,000 credits a month

Shared across the whole book, against 200 on the single-organisation Pro plan.

The firm overview

Four counters, a 14-day radar where each mark is one application sized by dollar value, and the book of business sorted by days remaining. The column that matters most is Blocked on.

Illustrative data. Fit percentages rank how closely a program's stated criteria match the client's profile — they are not an assessment by the funder.

THE CURRENT ALTERNATIVE

Finding the grant was never the hard part.

By the time you're managing a book of clients, the work is administration. Four things eat the hours, and none of them are search.

01 — THE SPREADSHEET

Fifteen organisations' deadlines in one head

A tab per client, hand-updated after every call, accurate for about a week. There is no single view of what closes on Friday across the whole practice.

02 — THE EMAIL CHASE

Waiting on a certificate of currency

Chasing documents and answers is the line item that genuinely costs billable hours, and it is invisible until the deadline arrives.

03 — THE FOLDER

Rewriting the fourth version from scratch

The same program, the fourth client, and last year's answer is somewhere in a folder named after a client who has since left.

04 — THE INVOICE

No defensible view of the work done

Every draft carries a change log of what was drafted, rewritten, edited and restored. Export the overview and the record is the report.

CLIENT WORKSPACES

Pick a client and the whole app moves with you.

Selecting a client re-scopes matching, saved grants, drafts and chat to that organisation. A persistent client bar shows whose workspace you're in, the choice survives a page reload, and the switch is announced to screen readers.

Separated by construction

Two clients chasing the same program get two independent applications. Every saved grant is stamped with its owning client on the server, so an entry cannot drift into the wrong workspace.

The record is yours

Org type, industry, ABN, state, turnover band, co-contribution capacity, goals, contacts and free-text notes — all editable, all deletable, all under your login.

Switching back to your own organisation hides the client bar. That is the only visual signal, so it is announced too.
THE APPLICATION WRITER, AT PRACTICE SCALE

Drafted against this client's profile, not a template.

The Writer reads the program's stated criteria, asks about the things only the client knows, and drafts section by section. You review and edit everything, then lodge through the grant's own official portal — Grantiv never submits.

Section by section

Each section is drafted against the client's own record, and the Writer shows why it wrote what it wrote so you can push back.

Versions and compare

Snapshots, a change log of every draft, rewrite, edit and restore, and a word-by-word compare between any two versions.

Counted per client

Draft counts show in the workspace switcher, so you can see where every application stands without opening one.

A review link, instead of another meeting

Mint a read-only link to a draft and send it to the client or their board. They read it in the browser and leave comments — no account, no sign-up on their side. Comments come back against the draft, and the link can be revoked at any time.

Kept honest: this is the same disclosure the product shows above the button, not tucked under it.

SHARE DRAFT FOR REVIEW
A copy of this draft is stored on Grantiv's servers, and anyone holding the link can read it. A reviewer's name on a comment is typed by whoever has the URL — it is not verified.

SHARED CREDIT POOL

3,000 credits a month, across the whole book.

Pro gives 200 for a single organisation. Running matches and drafts across fifteen clients exhausts that in days, so Advisor pools credits across every workspace rather than metering them per client.

Advisor is $299 per month. New accounts start on Free; upgrading and cancelling both happen in the app. Lodgement always happens through the grant's own official portal.

The three questions every advisor asks

What happens to my client records if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Ending the Advisor plan holds the records on your account and they come back intact when you return. Your book of business is not held hostage.

Where do the drafts live?

On Grantiv's servers, under your account, separated per client workspace. A draft you share by review link is readable by anyone holding that URL until you revoke it.

Do my clients need their own accounts?

No. Reviewing and commenting on a draft happens in the browser with no sign-up. Only you hold a login.

Questions

Does Grantiv decide whether a client can apply?

No. Grantiv ranks how closely a program's stated criteria match a client's profile and shows its reasoning. The funder makes every assessment, and you should confirm current rounds and criteria on the official site before applying.

Can Grantiv lodge an application for a client?

No. You review and edit everything, then submit through the grant's own official portal. Grantiv never submits, and nothing is sent to a funder on your behalf.

Can two clients work on the same grant?

Yes, as two independent applications. Saved grants are stamped with their owning client on the server, so the two never share a draft.

What counts against the 3,000 credits?

Actions, not clients: 1 for a “why this fits” explanation, 2 for a checklist or chat turn, 5 for an Application Writer turn. The pool is shared across every workspace.

Can I bring in the clients I already manage?

Client records are created and edited in the app — org name and type, industry, ABN, state, turnover band, co-contribution capacity, goals, contacts and notes. There is no bulk import today.

Growth should never get lost in paperwork.

Put every client's deadlines, drafts and blockers on one screen, and spend the hours you get back on the work they're actually paying you for.
